ou one of the drivers. Let me first say this, in every business you must first instil trust. I am afraid some people in the dispatch section are only doing enough to take them to the next pay day. If people just book the first load of garbage they see, then that's the level of profitability you will be stuck with, garbage. I do notice that there are people who of the opinion that because they are operating a dispatch department offshore, then the trucks and drivers must adhere to and abide by offshore regulations. Wrong The rude people that the company do business like repairs with are also part of the the reason your drivers will lose respect. See what others are complaining about?. Turn around the business by not operating like spies

Thieves Guild. Only thing they care about is running loads and will not pay you anything. Currently looking to take legal action bc I wasted three weeks and thousands of dollars of my own money here just to work. Never got paid. Won’t pick up the phone and will blatantly lie just to get you off the phone. I don’t see them being around much longer. Not if I can help it.

This company will steal your money! You have been warned! They will never ever pay you back your escrow or maintenance money back. They take $250 for escrow and 250 maintenance. When you quit they will tell you that it will be reimbursed in 45 days and that's a complete lie! I have been gone since Nov. 7th 2022 and I haven't seen any of my money that I worked hard for. Old Empire Inc and Vior Transportation are straight crooks!

its a young company struggling in this economy and making the best of the situation. we have been with them for a year and so far so good. dispatch is reliable loads are generally good pay is competitive the equipment is a bit dated but that's to be expected with a young company. i am confident once the company grows the equipment will improve. if ever there are mechanical issues they are addressed immediately and with genuine concern. it may not be the company for some people but it has been very good for us so far. growing pains are always hard for new companies. but with patience and loyalty i think this company will fair quite well.

Worst company to work for ever . Very unprofessional . A lot of fraudulent activity drivers are under paid . When applying I was told I would get paid under the table and to not take a drug test . Truck was very old and the loads were always overweight . I was told to skip the weigh stations to avoid any trouble . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for this company they lack human decency and they’re very racist to all foreigners.

They are crooks they falsely do elogs and try stealing your money with fines and threats. I have receipts and pics that back up what I'm saying. They safety doesn't have accident reported to USDOT safer ..I have Illinois ICC police Kirsten Burch and filed USDOT civil rights complaint they are trying to keep 2500 of my pay with no drug screen and they own driver in white pickup has open alcohol in vehicle police really need to shut company down
