He was driving his dump truck on I-78 in New Jersey and dumping gravel all over the road cracking my windshield and peppering my truck. I tried to let him know but he didn't care and drove for another 15 Mi before getting off the highway. They're literally falling out of the back of his dump truck and covering the road. Of course his contact number is not good so I will be going to the state police. I also have dash cam video and photos.
