Firstly its important to note that communication is important. This business and it's owner were rude and unprofessional in their dealings but even managed to charge an extra 378 dollars for the 3 calls I made to them. I attempted 3 times to get things settled and the owner refused. I'm guessing he's a sexist because not only did I attempt to communicate with the owner politely, but I also had the money and a date to procur my car back. User beware the owner of this establishment does not care about customer service, but he's a scheister as well. I can understand charging for the hookup and storage but a mystery 378 charge for "labor"?? What could you possibly be doing to a vehicle once its towed to a yard. You better believe I filed a complaint with the BBB. No surprise that they have an F rating.
