I was employed by this company. I still have not received payment for working. James fox the owner does horrible work and does not care if the employees have water or lunch breaks. He says he pays daily but he doesn't pay at all. He rips people off. He next move is to the Oregon area to fraudulently use his brothers business license to rip more people off under the name of platinum paving.

My husband and brother in law worked for this company to the owner James fox lies argues with his employees and pays cheap doesn’t care if his workers have anything to drink all day and works then like a dog till 9 10 o’clock at night sometimes can’t keep drivers his company is trash doesn’t care for others safety my brother in law has blisters on his mouth his skin is red and itchy from using oven cleaner to clean the equipment all because James fox didn’t have gloves or a safety mask to give while using chemicals also James fox has no driver license carries a gun without a permit and his truck he drives not the dump truck but his personal truck has no tags and smells of weed don’t.trust this man or work for him he says he will pay daily then once hired he will say I never said daily pay I pay weekly

Paid them 3000 dollars in advance to oil a driveway for me. They never finished the job. 4 months later I threatened legal action if I was not refunded. They said bring it on. I'm a disabled veteran who cannot work this really took a toll on me mentally I couldn't believe they could do this to me. James Fox was the name they gave me. Be very wary of this company.
