Quick Track Repossessed my vehicle on July 5, 2023 I contacted Credit Acceptance to make payments and payment arrangements. On August 7, my vehicle was delivered back to me. Upon my arrival home cause I was at work when it was delivered I noticed my truck appeared as if it had been in a wreck, my truck was destroyed tires, rims, bumpers, brake lights. I immediately contacted the tow driver he didn’t answer but was able to text me, I asked what happened to my vehicle he stated it was like that when he picked it up before delivering it to me. I also contacted Quick Track I was instructed to file a claim and that a manager would contact me. After no contact I continuously called, i left several voice messages. After 3-4 hours I was told my cla was denied via email. I contacted Quick Track again this time I demanded to speak with a manager. A manager by the name of Ciara L Strauder came to the phone. This manager was bias from the very beginning, she was dismissive and appeared annoyed & irritated, she stated to me “your vehicle was damaged prior to repossession” which is a (lie) I told her that’s not possible and what’s my next step in regards to my truck. Ciara L Strauder said, “you filed a claim your claim was denied not sure what your not understanding.” This lady wasn’t interested in assisting me in any way. I have now obtained video footage of the day my truck was repossessed and you can clearly see there’s no damage to my truck. Quick Track literally pulled my truck with the back wheels still on the ground being pulled by a very small tow truck on the day of repossession it was also raining. There are several speed bumps on the alley my truck was repossessed on. Quick track then drove my vehicle to Sulphur for storage ( refused to give me an exact location) Sulphur is 25+ minutes from where I live which means my truck was dragged for that amount of time and in the rain. These people lied about damaging my truck and it’s on video. These people don’t even deserve ONE STAR.
