Delivered our $800 grill to the wrong people. Never returned emails concerning this or phone calls after messages were left. After my brother-in-law finally talked to Shane, one of the owers today, who to him that he didn't have time for him to be busting his balls over this. WHAT! Shane is in a customer service business and he treats people like this. It's a $800 grill that's missing and he doesn't care. Picture taken at the delivery site shows ceramic tile floor and actually place it was to be delivered does not have any of that on the premises. DON'T USE THEM FOR YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS! Luckily the place that this grill was ordered from is going to refund the money.
