Eileen Toews reviewed RICKY SCOTT LEITCH

I was driving N on I25, north of Casper, WY about 20 min, when I noticed a semi coming onto the interstate from the on ramp to my right. I moved over into the inside lane to give it room but didn't see right away that there was a semi that was parked a little ways ahead off to the right with its flashers on & safety cones set out. The semi that just got onto the interstate started to move over to the inside lane but I was there, almost even with his driver window. I moved over more to my left so my driver side tires were off the pavement & there was only about 2' space between our vehicles. I didn't honk because I was watching the road so closely to avoid hitting any posts that were off the edge & later I thought that if I had honked, I might have startled the driver & he would've hit me. Later, after I was able to catch up to the semi, I got the license, color, company name, a short number off the trailer. Here's what I got: MN license # 94905TX, tractor color greenish tinted gray, trailer color white, company name Leitch Transportation, & trailer # 1305. Hopefully your drivers are reminded that they need to look to their left before they move to the lane on their left or they might hit someone. I will be calling your company, also.
