This lawn service broke my storm door on the side of my home in August. I reached out to HOA who stated I needed to get in touch with Steve Deason. I tried to call him and I texted him to advise him that when his worker was mowing on the side of the house, something hit my storm door and shattered the glass. I heard it hit and checked on it. By time I got out there the guy who was mowing the side was gone but someone was nice enough to clean up the glass by sweeping it to the side in the rocks. It cost me almost $700 to replace my door. The window could not be replaced due to the type of door it was. Since Steve neglects to return calls or text back, this is the review I am writing. Don't hire his company for personal landscape and don't hire them in your HOA. I have worked in Landscaping with my brother. If we broke something, we replaced it immediately. What a shame that because a company doesn't take responsibility and return calls or text messages it comes to me rating them. Not only that, there are broken sprinklers in 4 of our yards. Houses are side by side. The water has been turned off so no grass grows. Our HOA person turned off the water and said it would get fixed. This is another reason you don't hire this company to do your work. Find a responsible company that follows the rules.
