I would rate a ZERO if it was possible. Traveling on I10 westbound in Marana, Arizona. Driver decided to do 75mph in a 65 flying up on a semi with a trailer merging onto the highway, this alpha driver decided he wanted to be where I was in the center lane. Mind you I wasn't in ANY blind spot for him, he turns his left signal on for TWO blinks before deciding to come into my lane over a foot into MY lane...in RUSH Hour Traffic!!! I couldn't go anywhere when I had cars all around me including some guy bper humping me. He aggressively swerves back into his lane after about 40-50 yards of travelling in my lane with me,next to me. Then turn signal still on he decided to try one more time to force me into two other cars in the inside lane that were RIGHT NEXT TO ME! He forced me into the inside lane about 2 ft while about 5ft of his trucks width is in MY lane and so if your telling me this guy is "safe" to be on the road...he's paid someone off for being sketchy. I don't trust you,your organization or your company. Lucky I didn't follow you, hollow point was ready and waiting.
