This double brokers loads, they are a part of a southern california group of carriers that actually have no trucks and are only brokering loads by suing fraudulent carrier names. Been going on for about 10 years and getting worse. We caught this carrier as we told them we had to speak to the driver before they could get a rate con that was not blind, and when the driver called us we did a google search on that phone number and found out that driver worked for a completely different carrier than this one. Don't trust these guys.
