My recent move from Austin, TX to the Northern California Bay Area was a logistical nightmare until I found Jose Munoz at A & L Moving & Storage in Sacramento, CA. The first company I hired in October 2022 - United Moving & Storage in Las Vegas Nevada - pulled a bait and switch on me the day before my scheduled move-out date in January 2023. In addition, because I would not agree to a differend pick-up date, they no-showed on the previously agreed-upon moving day! I had already given notice on my apartment and booked hotel and airline reservations for the following day. I had to get on a plane leaving all my belongings behind in Austin without a mover!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! I also incurred two additional weeks of rent on the apartment and had to depend on my neighbor to oversee the move-out. Mr. Jose Munoz and his team headed up by Roberto and Elsie, absolutely saved the day for me. Within a few days after my arrival in California, they arranged pick up of my my household goods, and delivered everything to storage in California the day after pick-up! Mr. Munoz and his team were kind, considerate and went far beyond the call in terms of Superior Service. I will never forget them and highly recommend them for ALL your moving needs, no matter how large or small. Everything arrived safe and sound too! I am a 74 year-old Senior Citizen and I was treated with care and respect by each person at A & L that I dealt with, I'll never forget their professional care. Five Stars PLUS FOR Mr. Munoz and A & L MOVING & STORAGE

they charge you double if not more and hold your things hostage. Typical bait and switch. I paid for 800 cubic feet, $4,500, I used exactly 800 cubic feet and ended up paying $8,200. MC-01410693, US DOT: 3723054. they are just a broker not movers and the movers they use A& L are unprofessional and criminals. If this company has also done you wrong, please contact me for a soon to be class action.
