One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered with a company. I hired your company to move me from CO to AR last spring after speaking with Ron. He sent someone to the house to do a complete inventory and to give me a binding estimate as the paperwork states. I secured my spot on the calendar with a 1/3 payment down. The movers arrived on June 11th and it went downhill from there. They did not put runners down or protect my walls. They damaged walls and doors, and did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge the damage. I pointed it out to their foreman Vlad, and he said "well we're not going to fix it." When he returned to finish up the next day, he said he had to charge me an additional $1000.00 dollars. I told him I had a binding contract. They already had most of my stuff so I paid to ensure I would get my stuff delivered. I was supposed to have my stuff delivered on the 18th, but it was not delivered until 2 weeks after that and I was rushed to go through everything which is impossible. They damaged my grandfather clock, washer, futon frame, and antique shelves. I was told I had to file a claim through CSI pros which I did and that it could take up to 120 days to process. I waited the 120 days, contacted CSI pros and was told it was approved and they were waiting to hear back from Relocation Liaison Services and that it could take another 2-4 weeks. Yesterday, I received an email from CSI pros that they were closing my case and referring me back to Relocation Liaison Services since this company will not contact them back. I have also left messages for the customer service department and have received no calls back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
