If I could rate this company less than 1 star I would just to warn everyone to avoid using this company. There appears to be far better rated tow companies in the area this one is located. The owner and driver of the tow truck VIN NG204456, PUC T-05419, USDOT 3942793 should be ashamed of their customer service and how they treat the community that they are doing work in. This morning this tow truck was up at the cross roads of Alice Rd and Vista Rd in Idaho Springs. The driver parked his tow truck in the middle of the only road you could take out of that community around 7:00am. He then departed his vehicle and walked almost a mile down another road to assess a vehicle that had been stuck in the snow for the past 2 days. Not an emergency. Another person with a different tow truck offered to walk down and get his keys and move his vehicle out of the way as the local residents started stacking up trying to get to work. The driver of this tow truck refused to let that driver move his truck. The locals drove down to where the driver was to ask him to please move as we all needed to get to work. The driver screamed at one local (school teacher late for her class now) that he would not move as he was in the middle of a recovery. That is when I called the sheriff's office. This is a complete abuse of his profession. His recovery wasn't essential. His recovery was a mile away from where he left his vehicle parked in the middle of the only road anyone could get out. It is a safety hazard that he created and it was flat out rude and horrible customer service. This company should not be in business with their practices and the way they interact with the public. This was a terrible situation and he caused so many issues for so many people this morning because of his selfish act.
