My wife was in an accident, on 12/15/2022. The Towing Company that responded to pick up my car was Wanted Towing. I call the number that was listed 239 997-5501, and I got no responds so I left a message. I call back an a female answer the call, I was asking the female about my car on to find out where the location was so we can pick-up our thinks from the car. The call was very bad and I couldn't understand what the female was saying, I gave her my car information an she said that a car with that description was tow to the yard. She then reply well the office is close right now with an attitude, I then ask her why she's giving an attitude an she reply am not giving you an attitude but if you want to be a Di...k about it call someone else an hang up the phone. I had my phone on speaker an my son was in the car with me because it was raining so i pick him up from the bus and then when to pick up my wife at the urgent care office. My son didn't need it to hear that when i was just trying to get information about my car. I then call back and i ask her why did she speak to me like that and would like to speak with her boss and she reply that she owns the company and that she is the boss and, she didn't say anything wrong an that her calls are recode and ask me to tell her what she said and I reply to her am not going to repeat it because i don't speak like that.
