Driver was in the middle of the road with no way for me to get around him. I was stopped on my side of the road and instead of getting in his lane so I could continue on he proceeded to drive into mine ( wrong side of the road for him) stopping about a foot from the front of my car. I had to then back up to get around him .

Driver was in the middle of the road with no way for me to get around him.
