I pulled in the T/A at exit 141 on 75 north in Carrysville Tennessee. I jumped out ran inside used the facilities came back out and began to fuel. I noticed a young man walking around the lot and went inside the building and came back out still walking around, I noticed he got inside the truck next to me and sat there I figured out what he was doing. He was on break blocking the fuel island not fueling, so when I finished I took pictures and went inside to get my receipt. Upon walking back to my truck he confronted me asking why I took pictures and I told him that I take pictures of drivers who block fuel islands and have no respect for others. But unfortunately this website won’t allow me to post the pictures.
