Would not trust this carrier. They defrauded us by taking freight from us and giving it to RPM Express without our permission by double brokering the freight. After that happened the driver ended up taking out a recievers fence causing damage that took months to get fixed by Step One. After that Step One tried hitting our bond 3 times to be denied all three times. Now they are trying to harass the receiver. They have been reported by 3 seperste companies for Double Brokering loads so this isn't the first time this has happened, was just the first time they got caught.
