My package was picked up and has been in your possession since Friday, September 22nd. It is now Tuesday the 26th and I paid extra to have my item delivered by Thursday. I literally could have drove to IL and picked it up myself in about 4-5 hours. Instead it is sitting with you for 5 days with no movement to the post office so it can be shipped out?? How long does it take to drive to the post office in IL...... Stole my item and want a full REFUND, this company (if it even exists should be allowed a NEGATIVE rating.....

I was told by USPS that they are waiting for the package to arrive and there is nothing they can do since this package has not been released from Fast Track. No one answers at Fast Track so I sit and wait for a package that I paid for express shipping that is stuck at a warehouse where no one is working...

This company has ONE TRUCK and ONE DRIVER? WTF? No wonder my package can't find it's way to the f#cking POST OFFICE. It's been sitting in this A$$HOLES lap for 10 day's. How is this MORON allowed to operate a so called "EXPRESS SHIPPING" company in the first place? Apparently, the BBB no longer exists because I've seen nothing but $hit ratings for this CROOK and nothing has been done. I live close enough to this supposed location so I'm going to pay a visit and find out for myself just WTF is going on. I'm sick of these types getting away with murder and no one doing a damn thing about it.

This company is horrible at their job!! I have had a package here since 12/13 waiting for USPS. I live in Indiana and this should only take a day or two to arrive at my door and I am still waiting! I ordered the package 12/09 and apparently it can make it from China to Illinois in 5 days but it can’t make it to me from Illinois for over a month. And you can’t call them because it says to leave a voicemail but turn the mailbox is full. Most awful service I’ve ever had. I better get my package soon!

if ur packages are through theses guys post them into this website right here https://m.trackingmore.com/amp/ and change it from “auto detect carrier” to “LTEXP” or “ITEXP” it will pop up and show you what’s really happening with your stuff i don’t know why it says it’s in woodridge but in reality it’s a business in Bangladesh (a small country next to china) so that’s why your stuff isn’t updating, just track through this website or whatever app you use to track just make sure to put it on what i said if it takes 2-3 months just trust the process you will eventually get it.

Called the listed phone number and reached Raco Mexican Food Truck, with a full voice mail box. Next step is calling Attorney General and filling complaints. Contact Amazon to remove the SCAM HOAX vendor

I have been waiting on my package for two months now. You have terrible reviews and if i don't receive my package im reporting it stolen. This company is a scam to get people's merchandise and resell it. I'm reporting you to the BBB and channel 4news. Since messing with people's mail is a federal offence im also reporting you for fraud and theft. You have 3 days to get my package to me or i will follow up with everything I've said. On top of all that the address for your company is a residential home! Not a facility!

This company is a scam. I ordered from Temu, which uses Fast Track. I have been monitoring the tracting number almost obsessively. Temu tracking says after 10 days it arrived in country (U.S.). How can that be when the USPS tracking site says its been in Woodridge, il since the 23rd. NOTHING matches between the two websites. This shipping company does not answer emails. How can a shipping company have only one truck and driver for mass mailing? I will be filing fraud complaints with anyone and everyone i can. I wish there was NEGATIVE 5 STARS!

USPS shipping has a shown Amy package arriving at your facility Dec.16th and leaving your facility December 19th My package has STILL not arrived at the USPS station or at my house. This. Was a gift so as you can understand my frustration but beyond that is it now almost 11 days after it left your facility and still not arrived anywhere? This is not acceptable. It is a very expensive package and I am awaiting a response from a voicemail I left at your phone number where No one answers each time I call. This company is obviously inept After viewing the other feedback it seems like numerous people have had the same problems as us. My sons package arrived there Dec. 15th then sat there for four days. It left their facticity the 19th and has disappeared into thin air. Next step should have been the Post Office. This is the problem with these companies, the Postal Service gets all the blame when in fact 99% of the time it's couriers like this that are the problem.

I paid for my package to be delivered in 3 to 5 days a week ago. Still have yet to receive my package when I try to track it at first it was hard to even get a tracking number. Now that I have one I’ve been tracking it and it’s been showing that it’s been at this company for days. It has not been shipped out yet keeps showing that is there. So I’m hoping nobody’s trying to scam my packages are still my packages because I am the wrong person to do that too. Because I knows somebody that knows somebody else that will have this company shut down. I’m going to give them a chance to correct the issue and if I don’t get my package in the next three days then this company is not going to be a company. Everybody you can’t get over on some people are important and no higher up. Be careful when dealing with this company I see the other bad reviews and this is not a good look
