Not impressed. My vehicle was for a charitable donation. I informed the driver the battery was dead, otherwise it is an operational (front-wheel drive) vehicle. Also, that to engage the transmission and put it into neutral for towing onto his truck the engine would need to be started. Rather than jumping the battery to start the vehicle, he used his towing chains to drag my vehicle onto the truck with its front wheels locked. I'm hoping the front axle was not damaged which would be extra work and expense for the charity to restore and prepare for sale to someone in need.
