Teach your drivers parking etiquette!! Driver parked in the center of the lane for CARS ONLY at a rest area in Indiana. Left his lights on directly into someone's car who's trying to actually get some rest. Loud reefer and engine running at 12am-1am is completely moronic and asinine.
