They delivered a washer and dryer to my home on 6/14, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. It was, professional, helpful, informative, and considerate. They were careful not to scuff my walls or ding the furniture when moving the machines, attentive and proactive during the installation and test wash/dry process, and thoughtful when they answered all the questions I had when they were finished. They made sure the machines lined up nicely on the mat so I wouldn’t have to move them again later on, and they wanted to wipe away any raindrops that fell on the machines during the move. It’s so refreshing to meet a team of delivery guys who *actually* care about the quality of your home, whether or not the machines work properly, and whether or not you have a pleasant experience while dealing with them. If I ever shop at Overstock appliances again, I hope I get the same delivery guys from J&G Installs.
