They don't even deserve the one-star! We had a dead car on the side of the road. Two small children in the car, thank goodness it is summer out. We were waiting for them from 130am, to 330am (the typical 120-minute wait time). Well then, I called them to see if they were on their way or got lost (which you hope would not happen with a towing company) and there was no answer. A "24/7 dispatchers waiting for your call" and there was NO ANSWER! I looked up the company again, and oh, cool they have two other numbers. You would think one of those worked right... WRONG! No answer to all three numbers. WTF! The absolute worst! Do call them, don't go to them. Unless you like wasting your time (not theirs) call someone else.
