June 22 9:15am - Driver on High Ridge then coming down Summer in Stamford doesn’t know how to change lanes. You have to wait for the car next to you to pass first. Your driver expected me to just move for him into oncoming traffic in the next lane. Thanks for almost killing me and my 4 year old son. And then honking at me!??! Ridiculous.
