I paid National Van Lines to move me about a year ago, and the move started October 12th 2021 and I finally got my stuff in Georgia on the night before Thanksgiving, after being told 3 different times my stuff would be dropped off in two day windows before that. National Van Lines call med with confirmation of emails and phone with OGM of those dates, and all three times OGM never showed up and never called myself or OGM. OGM did several hundreds of dollars of permanent damage to two brand new expensive bed mattress and box spring, plus the head boards. I got a laughable $70.00 dispute settled between the insurance I paid for with National Van Lines and OGM, and I signed off on it with a notary public here where I lived and OGM agreed to it. The insurance company sent me the agreement claim number, claim C 609581 for $70.00, and I had 60 days to get paid is what they told me on January 28th. So I should have been paid by OGM no later than March 28th, here it is April 13th and still no payment and they will not respond to a North Carolina BBB complaint I filed per Karen in that department to get my money owed, and they just hung up on me this morning on the 704 728 5507 number I called, as I guess they realized they made a mistake answering the phone. They never once answered my phone calls at this number or the 1-800 number on my move contract, as myself and National Van Lines repeatedly called them over and over about lies on the three drop off dates I noticed about, and now about a legit money claim they owe me on claim C609581. The pick up was a night mare, a quick normal one hour load turned into 7 hours with just a driver, who spent half his time repacking his first stop, on the phone, vaping in my driveway and then arguing with me on my start date for drop off, and National Van Lines has notes as I had them on a 3 way call as that pick up driver was arguing with me on the drop off date I wanted, which was my obligation per the contract. National Van Lines has done some type of black listing of OGM and apologized repeatedly, but now not answering my phone calls again for money owed me per a claim contract, not answering the North Carolina BBB for two weeks now per Karen, I will just keep finding places to do bad reviews for future people not to get burnt, and the next step is a contact with the Secretary of State that Karen is sending me. Absolute worse paid experience of my lifetime, and OGM cannot even honor a $70.00 dollar check they owed me for damages in an insurance claim. Not sure how these people go to sleep at night, because the BBB is full of nightmare reviews like mine in the same boat.
