We were going thru Asheville North Carolina in a 1500 Chevrolet Truck pulling a 18,000 pound fifth wheel. At the Airport Road East ramp one of your dump trucks number 24 came off the ramp and pulled out in front of us. Luckily we were able to slam on the brakes throwing everything around including 2 children in the truck and not run him over. Also the tractor trailer behind us was able to slam on his brakes and swerve slightly with out hitting the cars in the other lane. The cars beside us had to also slam on brakes to let the tractor trailer swerve. If we had been able to get over and let him onto the interstate we would have. He drove up to almost the next exit and went behind the barrier to the work site. Please let the driver know that’s RVs are hard to get stoped just like his dump truck. Luckily everyone came out safe.
