At 3:15 on Wednesday February 2nd. I was traveling east bound on hwy 70 . one of your concrete drivers was traveling northbound on hwy 70A turning onto west bound hwy 70 Actual. He had a red flashing light to stop at to wait for it to be clear. However he chose to jump out into traffic and block the east bound lanes almost causing me to T bone him on his driver side. When multiple drivers had to come to a screeching halt & blowing horns He looked at me and laughed then flipped me off. Me being a business owner my self I figured you would want to know just how negative your employee is acting. Thankfully I am a better driver than most and was able to avoid the accident or else you would have a law suit on your hands . The driver was a older white male .
