Hello, I am trying to contact the owner/CEO of Legacy Express LLC (Cleveland Ohio). I must say that it is difficult to contact you when the phone number listed rolls over to an voice mail that is full. On May 29th, 2022, One of your Truck drivers nearly cost us our lives. He was driving on the right lane of Interstate 40 heading west, we were in the left lane (passing lane) and were passing his rear trailer bumper when without warning-he swerved over in front of us causing us to slam on the brakes and had to swerve onto the side of the interstate. We nearly avoided a serious crash thanks to Mr. move out-of-my way. He did not signal, no brake lights came on...he just moved over in front of us with lightning speed-no warning. This driver, could not wait to move over as there was another truck in front of him and he was nearly tailgating that truck. The idiot needs to be reported before he kills someone due to his inability to drive safe. This is why I am taking my valuable time to write this is because he will kill someone or more if he's driving habits does not improve.! This happened between the towns of Canute and Foss Oklahoma on interstate 40 heading west. Yes, I did take pics and have his tag number (25 46749) I also have your truck name off the drivers door (Legacy Express LLC Cleveland Ohio) and a pic of him. PLEASE, PLEASE take action in this matter before it is too late for someone else. I am a family man with children, I don't want anyone hurt. Thank you.
