I was driving to Norwalk for work at about 7:30 when a J&M truck followed behind me and put the high beams on 2 different times. I was going 55-60 miles an hour o n rt 13 north on Oct 17, 2023. I do not know what I was doing wrong other than the driver wanted me to go faster. The professionalism he or she showed was poor. He then honked at me as I pulled off near Mcdonalds on RT13. This happened on the morning on Tuesday.
