I cannot express the gratitude we feel for our experience with Gene from Marathon Professional Towing. We had locked ourselves out of our car at a gas station. We were in a total panic because we were needing to drive to Bethesda, Maryland the following day for experimental treatment for my husband's cancer. We didn't have another key. Gene spent OVER AN HOUR tirelessly fishing for a way to open the door to our van. The keys had fallen onto the mat. I want you to know, Gene developed and successfully fished those keys from the mat onto the seat, and then actually managed to hit the key fob to get the door to open. Without his dedication to solving this predicament, and I'm sure you all know how rare it is to find someone willing to spend this much time, we would have had to tow our car, and then rented a vehicle for the month long stay we were facing at The National Institute of Health. Oh, and what do you think he charged us? I dearly hope you are still reading - Nothing. Not a penny. This was, without any exaggeration, the best customer service I have ever received from any company in any industry. We appreciate Gene.
