Maybe they don't hear well but they don't seem to listen to people when they tell them at an accident where to tow their car to.instead, they towed it to their lot and stored it.I couldn't get the whole answer so I don't know what they were thinking. I also know when they picked up a pickup and carried it almost 25 miles when they could've went less than a mile to take the truck home. I'm only on this site so I could get their number. I'm just checking with the BBB and the attorney general just to make sure they're on the up and up. Something doesn't seem right to have this kind of attitude.
