Deceived me with low price in beginning, then asked more than agreed. Took two jobs (lot clearing and septic installation). Two contracts are signed. My mistake paid him for 1st contract before he finished his job. Then disappeared and never showed up for the second job. 1 job was left without finishing it. Definitely will take it to the court. During the first project(clearing lot) always was behind the time, and never was able to keep the word. Was taking other jobs on the side in the middle of the project. Not a reliable person.
