I hired this company three weeks in advance of my moving date. The morning of my move they call me 30 minutes before they were suppose to be at my location and said they had a blown tire. I understand things like this happen! So I called the office and spoke with Pamela and ask her what the back up plan is. She said we always have a back up plan, so again I ask what that was, she said she couldn't find another truck and that she was in a hurry because she was leaving to go out of town and said you can speak to my manager...then she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK SHE WOULD NOT ANSWER!!! I understand totally things happen that are out of our control but the customer service I received from Pamela WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WOULD THINK SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
