Truck Superintendent Robb Spencer, cannot be trusted, he promises new hires, plenty of work if they sign on, , he is salaried himself, so he is not worried if his bills are paid, He is a former truck driver himself, but sold out the driver's work ethics years ago, Go ahead work for him, if you want to get jerked around and lied to, he has lost much respect from employee's and his peers,
