Same as Ashley stated. Tow company would not answer my calls after my pickup was towed and kept it for almost 2 weeks. Then when it was dropped off at the repair shop, we found that they damaged my pickup further. Almost 4000 worth of extra damages. They. Ruined my bumper and threw part of it in the bed of the truck. I had to file a complaint with Agero which is the company that assigned the tow company to my insurance.

My insurance company dispatched this company to come tow my vehicle. When they got to the vehicle, I canceled the tow because my husband wasn't able to get his person effects and the gate where the vehicle was was locked. I asked the company not to take the vehicle and the employee responded, "I will get in trouble if I don't." I asked him again to not take it. His response was "OK." My understanding was that the tow was canceled. IN FACT IT WASN'T. This company took my truck without my permission. When I tried to call 2 #s I had for them, no one answered. No one answered. I just wanted to know if the vehicle was towed. They wouldn't answer my calls but they answered my insurance company's calls. It took them 4 days to bring my truck back. Absurd. I recommend never using them. 0 stars would be the best rating for this company.
