The tow driver was rather unengaged, gave us a jump, the car started, acted like he wanted us to take it to shop, which is his job, even after I told him there were warning lights in dash.

The driver of their orange tow truck on 04-17-2023 with a black bed illegally crossed 4 lanes on the service road just to gain access to the tollway and causing multiple cars to swerve and cause a traffic jam. Called the owner and had no concern for the other drivers nor was eager to call their driver and bring them in. Cussed repeatedly because he was more worried about who I was as opposed to the safety of multiple drivers. I told him what happened and asked if his driver hit anyone. I said his driver caused the pile up. What more can you say? He had no regard for peoples lives thru his counter questions ignoring my statements and questions. If you see this orange (looks red) truck please video record and submit any video evidence of violating traffic laws and causing wrecks to get this company off our Texas streets.
