The days of integrity are getting fewer and fewer I am not even a customer of the XOCO Transport company but they damaged my yard in a residential area doing a delivery and driver could not speak english as denoted in violation on this site. When speaking to them on the phone they agreed to fix the yard I have video of the damage before, after and during . It is not the point of the damage it is the honor and integrity of standing behind your actions and following through. They don't even want to discuss it now but made the promise when the sheriff had the driver in question. They claim it was city property but I have email from city stating it was my property. The point here every company is as good as the people who make decisions and to leave a residential victim to foot the repair bill like myself because they are in another state speaks monument of perhaps the business practices to be expected. I am not upset with a driver that made a poor decision and caused damaged just the principle and integrity of a company that won't own their mistakes.
