I would not advise anyone to use this company. I had to have a vehicle towed the driver call me I could not answer because I'm at the hospital dinner with patients. When I seen the missed call I called him back three times he picked up the first time didn't say anything the last two times he played music in my ear. Very incompetent call to speak to someone and he was just his rule and unprofessional please I'm going to tell State farm to never dispatch this company to any of my vehicles. If you see their name cancel them and find someone else.. and they gave him a one reading star but I would have gave them nothing..

This company was used by insurance company and they kept giving us the run around every 10 min the driver is 20min away. Then the driver was dispatch to another location so another driver is coming. Oh wait sorry driver is 30-40min away. Would not recommend for no reason! Waited 4 hours because of them!!

If I could rate this company a zero I would. Their tow truck driver was dispatched by my insurance company. After waiting almost 3 hours, the tow truck driver arrived. He didn’t know how to get the spare down for my 2021 Ford Ranger truck. He insisted on towing the Ranger as the only option and got back into his tow truck. As I was telling him where the lowering stick was, he drove off. He was incompetent and rude.
