On October 11, 2022 at 4:52pm I was merging west on HWY 80 when a CLYDE THOMPSON truck (#25) dropped lots of big debris and hit my vehicle. The damage to my windshield was so bad that it shattered a hole the size of a quarter which caused glass to fall on top of my dashboard. I called the company to let them know what had happened but the owner Mr. Clyde was very rude and disrespectful. He didn't want to hear what I had to say and told me to have a sherif visit him instead and hung up the phone. Had the shatter / hole been in the middle of my windshield, it could have gone all the way through and hit myself or one of my children. I have video and pictures to prove everything. This was not a simple rock chip, it was a big windshield damage. Clearly this company does not care about the safety of others. Since Mr. Clyde is being disrespectful and does not want to fix this problem his truck has caused, I will continue to make reports of this incident in other places.
