They don't deserve one star. This guy is a bottom feeder and a crook. I will be petitioning the Utah Highway Patrol to take them off of their call list as well as the Better Business Bureau. I was raped on my bill. There were daily fees, fuel surcharges, admin fees (not posted), 3.5% credit card fees (not posted), tow rate was hourly not flat (not posted). He gave me no option to contact anyone else to dispute the charges, he claims he didn't have his business card and that he couldn't remember the rates however the charges kept piling up as he made them up, leaving me to pay a bill that was hundreds of dollars more than their posted rates and no one to dispute them with. They are not open past 5:00 nor on weekends forcing a person to take off work to try to reclaim their car. You must also make an appointment, giving him another reason to not give you your car. And he's nearly impossible to get ahold of. I am not the only one who is having major issues with this company. Check Google...I don't know who Sean is, but this guy isn't him.
