I was on 522 the other night in Virginia (Lake Anna area), and if you know that area and that road, people drive fast, and they don't stop, making it very dangerous. It was pitch black outside, on a road with no lights, and my truck blew out a tire. I was able to get it off the road, but just barely. I am truly blessed that my insurance company contacted Chapman's Towing & Recovery. The owner of the company personally came out and arrived quickly despite my very remote location. From the moment he called ahead to assess the situation, he was polite, professional, and respectful. He was then able to get my truck onto the flatbed safely and without causing any damage to my disabled vehicle. The vehicle was then secured and transported swiftly to Northern Virginia. On the way to my home, he even picked up another disabled vehicle, refueled, and we only beat him to my house by about 5 minutes. When the tow truck arrived at my house with my disabled vehicle, the owner continued to display his skill and experience. With a blown rear tire, he was able to get my vehicle (big lifted truck on big tires) into my garage by pushing the front tires with the flatbed, exactly where I park it, with no damage and not needing to drive the truck on the bad tire. I was absolutely amazed and we are so grateful. Ryan, the owner, was very personable throughout the entire experience and made me feel like a friend. This did not feel like a business transaction, but more like a family member coming to my rescue. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area and I will be contacting them directly for any and all towing/recovery needs in the future. This was the best towing experience. I can't think of a time other than this, that I was actually happy after getting my vehicle towed. Despite the high odds of damage to my vehicle due to a tire blowing out at 50+ mph, I now only need to purchase 1 tire to get this vehicle back on the road. Thank you Chapman's Towing for going above and beyond to take care of your customers.
