The Dcito Trucking company delivered our refrigerator on time. Removed our old and nonfunctional refrigerator and old water line. Installed our new refrigerator and new water line. Removed most of the protective clear plastic from the refrigerator, shelves and drawers. Cleaned up and removed trash and old refrigerator. They had to remove the door to get the new and old refrigerator through the house and reinstalled the door. There were no issues and they did a good job.

Completely unprofessional, wasn’t willing to move our fridge to install it even though it was free. Customer service was answering other calls while on the line with us, and in addition the guy started getting physical with my mom after she demanded to see the delivery papers, he wouldn’t give them, and she grabbed them. He tried to snatch them back, dad threatened to call cops, and they promptly left without saying another word to us. Refused to give company name or number, pretty sure this is them though, don’t know what they were doing in michigan. Finally, the guy talked to his partner in Spanish, and they refused to talk to us after. They were belligerent the whole time, and seemed to by trying to squeeze money out of us. Would not recommend, we filling a complaint and using another delivery service.

Worst company ever. completly scam. Home depot use them for their delivery services. They are pathetic liers and time wasters. We paid for full service but they were not willing to do the task. bunch of excuses. I will not recomemend this company to anyone.
