On 9/24/21 the driver of a metallic burnt orange semi with the name A Diaz Brothers llc USDOT 2347008 was videotaped yelling at an Indian man to “get a Job” and “don’t you have a cab to drive”. The driver also grabbed his crotch and gave the man the middle finger. Additionally the A Diaz Brother llc Driver was the lead Driver of a semi-truck convoy of 5 semi-trucks hauling concrete jersey barriers which clogged up an entire lane of a 2 lane Rd on Columbia Rd NW Washington DC for several blocks and several hours. No one was directing traffic and cars were forced to drive onto oncoming traffic. If that wasn’t enough the trucks sat idling for hours disturbing apartment dwellers above with noise and diesel fumes. Also the Lead Driver parked his rig in the middle of a cross walk. And finally A Diaz did not have the proper permits to unload their concrete barrier cargo on public space and left 3 concrete barriers on the sidewalk. They were then ordered to leave DC with the remainder of their cargo. This carrier and the company, who they worked for, Truist bank, should be ashamed of themselves!

This carrier used racist slurs at a project at 18th & Columbia Rd NW in Washington, DC on 9/24/21 telling an Indian man to "get a job" and "don't you have a taxi to drive?" How despicable.
