This morning on my way to work at an elementary school, this truck #53975- license plate #4SD8194, switched lanes right into me, causing me to swerve, slam on my brakes, and blow out a tire on the medium. He was doing 10 mph under the limit in the fast lane in Kent, WA. A truck switched lanes to go behind him so I started to speed up, and when I got to his bumper he put his blinker on and immediately started to cross into my lane. I had to switch lanes into the middle turn lane when it turned into a curbed medium which blew out my tire.
